We have just completed on our house today with the lovely help from North Ainley. We had Jackie as our solicitor, who helped us along the way. At times there was a bit of anxieties from our side, due to not having updates for a while, but Jackie was always responsive and replied to us as soon as she could.I will leave a bit of constructive criticism, as there was times where I was told “we will call you to let you know” but then no one would call and I had to chase it back, that caused a bit of stress, but I don’t understand that solicitors are very busy and these things can happen.However, overall everything was done in a timely manner and we completed on the agreed date.
