Residential Conveyancer

We are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a full-time basis to join our expanding Residential Property team.

We require a reliable, diligent team player with good attention to detail who has demonstrated experience in handling and managing all aspects of the residential conveyancing process. You will deal with a broad caseload including sales, purchases, and remortgages of all types of residential property from the new instruction through to Completion.

Being well organised and having good diary management is vital.

The team are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment as part of a leading conveyancing team in the area.  The successful candidate will received full team support and join a well-known and established law firm in a prime location in the centre of Oldham.

Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. We require an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious commercial property solicitor with at least 5 years PQE with a well-developed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property work.

The role will involve working with development and real estate work including site acquisition and plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing and commercial landlord and tenant work.

Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution department on a full-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious litigator to join the team to focus on general litigation for a range of existing clients. The role would suit an experienced litigation Solicitor who can build upon the existing caseload.

Office Assistant

An immediate vacancy exists for an assistant in our busy town centre general office.  Duties will include general administrative tasks, dealing with clients and visitors, photocopying, post, deliveries and answering the telephone.

Good grades at GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent) are necessary and the successful applicant must be computer literate with a good telephone manner.
