Dispute Resolution Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution team on a full time or part time basis. The team are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious litigator to join the team to focus on general litigation for a range of existing clients. The role would suit a 1-3 years PQE Litigation Solicitor.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive solicitor looking for career progression to work alongside accomplished solicitors in their field where you will have an active role in the future success of the department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of litigation work. Property related disputes and or contentious probate experience would be of benefit but is not essential.
An aptitude for business development and marketing is vital.
You will enjoy a varied and challenging role with genuine future prospects within a respected and reputable longstanding law firm.

Family Secretary
We are looking to appoint an experienced Family secretary to join our Family Department.
The role will involve working closely with a Family Solicitor on a one to one basis.
We require a confident and proactive team player who is able to provide a high level of support to the department.
Duties will include dealing with telephone enquiries, typing using digital dictation, preparing court documentation and forms electronically, organising meetings, dealing with clients and courts over the phone, filing, scanning, confirming via the internet divorce applications and dealing with general family matters.
The ideal candidate will be professional, organised and committed to providing excellent client care.

Residential Conveyancer
We are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a full-time basis to join our expanding Residential Property team.
We require a reliable, diligent team player with good attention to detail who has demonstrated experience in handling and managing all aspects of the residential conveyancing process. You will deal with a broad caseload including sales, purchases and remortgages of all types of residential property from the new instruction through to Completion.
Being well organised and having good diary management is vital.
The team are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment as part of a leading conveyancing team in the area.
The successful candidate will join a well-known and established law firm in a prime location in the centre of Oldham.

Residential Conveyancing Assistant
We are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Assistant on a full-time basis to join our expanding Residential Property team.
We require a reliable, diligent team player with good attention to detail who has demonstrated experience in dealing with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process. You will be supporting a Solicitor on a one to one basis who has a broad caseload dealing with sales, purchases and remortgages of all types of residential property.
The role will focus on preparing draft Contracts and supporting title documentation for both registered and unregistered land, drafting Transfers of whole, conducting Searches, using the Land Registry and Lenders’ Portals and typing using digital dictation.
You must be confident in answering telephone calls promptly, dealing with client queries and providing updates by phone and on the case management system.
Being well organised and having good diary management is vital.

Commercial Property Solicitor
We are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. We require an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious commercial property solicitor with at least 5 years PQE with a well-developed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property work.
The role will involve working with development and real estate work including site acquisition and plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing and commercial landlord and tenant work.

Corporate/Commercial Department Paralegal
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Corporate/Commercial Department.
In this role, you will be providing direct support to a Partner of the firm, who is also head of the Commercial Department. The work itself will be varied, and you could be working on transactions such as business sales and purchases, corporate funding, partnership agreements, company restructuring, terms and conditions and Landlord & Tenant matters as well as an array of other commercial services.
The ability to work well within a team is extremely important, along with excellent client care skills, and any previous experience of working within a Company/Business team would be useful. Business development is very important to us, so it would be beneficial if you are keen to assist in promoting and building up the department and the firm.
