I've used North Ainley now for the last 5 years. In that time I've had the pleasure of dealing with the team 7 times. Pre Covid dealing with Sheridan who was a credit to the company who dealt with the purchase of a property extremely professionally, the quality of service, check and communication was exceptional. The one thing that really made a difference was the office being open on Saturday mornings. This year I had the need to enlist the services of North Ainley, unfortunately Sheridan had moved on and had left some extremely large shoes to be filled. Along came Jill Gregory, I explained that I had dealt with Sheridan before and the bar had been set extremely high, to which the reply was "I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with our service". To be honest having had quite a few of my plates to spin this year the team at North Ainley, have exceeded all my expectations every single time. You may be asking what makes them so special. I'll tell you, they keep you informed and provide a good standard of communication. It's simple when your dealing with a single property. However, when dealing with multiple purchases, they kept me informed, where we were up to, what was required and by when. They don't cut corners. I have used solicitors in the past that do not provide full information, try to do the minimal amount of work for their service. However not North Ainley. They respond in an extremely timely manner. I have dealt with solicitors who take days to get back to you. I can say this has never been an issue with the team at North Ainley, who always get back to you. I would like to say their service is the fastest I've seen from a solicitor. It's a costly matter dealing with solicitors and their associated fees. When you put all the above into the equation, their fees are one of the best value for money in town, if not the best. I know it's a long review. However, I would like to share my experience of the company. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team, and genuinely, we tend to miss the back office staff without whom the work could not get done.
