Sarah is a Paralegal working in the Commercial Property Department as a CILEX Member – Advanced Paralegal having completed her Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice and she is currently working towards her Level 6 Diploma.
Sarah initially joined the firm in 2007 as part of the Residential Property team. Prior to this she was working as a Legal Secretary in a City Centre Firm for approximately 4 years. With well over a decade of experience in dealing with all aspects of a residential property matters she knows how to progress matters quickly, whilst not cutting corners.
Building on this experience Sarah moved into the Commercial Property Department in March 2016 and since then she has been dealing with a wide variety of commercial property transactions, making great use of her previous experience. Sarah has developed her experience, knowledge and understanding in respect of all aspects of development work including site acquisitions, setting up of developments & management companies, commercial re-finances, advising on Section 106 Agreements and plot sales. Sarah has demonstrated that she has the skills and knowledge to progress transactions in a timely manner and to a high standard.
Sarah currently spends her spare time studying, and looking after her family. As an escape from busy family life and studies she also enjoys swimming, reading and crocheting.
