Jill was our solicitor and has been so responsive, answering emails almost immediately and if she wasn't available by the phone she would always phone back the same day.Jill has been there to support us, offer advice and has made a very stressful process - much less stressful! Their legal advice on how to handle it and to persevere was nothing short of excellent.
