The Lexcel Standard is the Law Society’s practice quality mark, promoting quality management practices for client service. The accreditation process involves a rigorous annual independent assessment.
The award of the accreditation recognises our focus on client care and the comprehensive systems we have in place to ensure our clients receive a quality service.
John Ainley the Senior Partner of the Firm paid tribute to the staff saying “despite the challenging circumstances of this year, our dedicated team continued to provide our clients with an excellent standard of client care and service. Our staff work hard all year round to ensure that our high standards are maintained at all times.
