Jenny qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has 11 years experience. Jenny initially obtained a Politics degree from the University of Leeds and then went on to complete both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Jenny always wanted to specialise in Private Client work, and since her qualification has worked solely in this area. Her areas of expertise includes advice on and drafting of Wills and trusts which are both simple and complex, administration of estates, and issues for the elderly or incapacitated, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, mental capacity issues and care fee planning. Since her qualification she has assisted hundreds of clients with these matters. Jenny is supervised by Zoe Ashton, Partner and Head of the Private Client Department.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a big film and theatre fan. She also enjoys watching most sports and has recently taken up yoga.
