The North Ainley Solicitors’ Commercial Team is headed by Val Stocker. The team are all qualified Solicitors, with many years of experience advising on business issues. Partner involvement does not end with the initial meeting as our Partners and senior staff will take matters through from instructions to completion. We have extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial leases for both Landlords and Tenants. We also handle rent deposit deeds, assignments, licences and Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 applications.
